Question 1

How many gummies do I take per serving?

Accepted Answer

Take 4 Mango Mayhem gummies per day. That delivers the clinical 5,000mg dose of creatine monohydrate — no scoop, no shaker, no mess.

Question 2

Can I pre-order Mango Mayhem?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pre-orders are open now. Place your order today and your pouch ships as soon as the new batch lands, expected to land mid-November.

Question 3

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives — currently expected to land mid-November. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way.

Question 4

How much creatine is in each serving?

Accepted Answer

Every 4-gummy serving contains 5,000mg (5g) of pure creatine monohydrate, plus added electrolytes to support hydration while you train.

Question 5

When should I take creatine gummies?

Accepted Answer

Any time that fits your routine. Creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, so consistency matters more than timing. Most customers take them post-workout or with breakfast.

Question 6

Do I need to load creatine?

Accepted Answer

No — loading is optional. Just take 4 gummies daily (5g creatine) and your muscle creatine stores will saturate within 2–4 weeks. Loading can speed this up to about a week, but it is not required to see the benefits.

Question 7

Does creatine loading help?

Accepted Answer

Yes — loading is proven to saturate your muscles faster. A typical load is 20g per day split into 4 doses for 5–7 days, then 3–5g daily as maintenance. Taking 4 Mango Mayhem gummies a day (5g creatine) will reach the same saturation within 2–4 weeks; loading just gets you there in the first week.

Question 8

Are they vegan, gluten-free, and Halal?

Accepted Answer

Mango Mayhem gummies are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and made with Halal-certified ingredients. No gelatine, no artificial colours, and no animal-derived ingredients.

Question 9

Will they make me bloated or cause stomach issues?

Accepted Answer

Creatine gummies are generally gentler on the stomach than traditional powders because they dissolve gradually. If you're sensitive, start with 2 gummies for a few days and build up to the full 4.

Question 10

What do they taste like?

Accepted Answer

Tropical mango with a proper candy-like chew. They're sweet, fruity, and designed to taste like a treat — not a supplement.

Question 11

How long does one pouch last?

Accepted Answer

Each pouch contains 120 gummies, which is 30 full servings — a full month of daily creatine at the clinical dose.

Question 12

Are they third-party tested?

Accepted Answer

Our formula has been tested by Eurofins to verify creatine content and meet product requirements. While not every individual batch is retested, the product is manufactured under strict quality controls and the tested sample confirmed 29% creatine and 33% creatine monohydrate content.

Question 13

How should I store them?

Accepted Answer

Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The resealable pouch keeps them fresh without needing refrigeration.

Question 14

Can I take them with other supplements?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Creatine stacks well with pre-workout, protein, and electrolytes. Our formula already includes electrolytes to keep hydration on point.

Question 15

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders of £50 or less are charged at our standard delivery rate at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 2-4 working days via tracked shipping. Pre-orders ship as soon as the new batch arrives.

Question 16

What if I don't like them?

Accepted Answer

We back every pouch with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us at rawinstinctsupps@hotmail.com and we'll sort it.
