30-Day Money Back Guarantee

At RawInstinct Supps, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right — no hassle, no questions asked.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What's Covered

• All RawInstinct Supps products purchased directly from our store
• Opened or unopened products
• Products you simply didn't get on with — no need to justify it

What's Not Covered

• Orders placed more than 30 days ago
• Products purchased through third-party retailers

Fair Use — Please Don't Take the Mick

Our guarantee is here for honest customers, not repeat freebies. We keep an eye on return patterns, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund, reject a return, or block future orders from any customer who we reasonably believe is abusing this policy — for example:

• Buying in bulk (multiple pouches or multiple orders) with the clear intent of returning most of them
• Repeatedly returning orders — several returns in a row is a pattern, not bad luck
• Returning products that have been obviously and substantially used beyond tasting or testing
• Any behaviour that looks like it's designed to get free product or exploit the 30-day promise

The occasional return is completely fine and will always be honoured. This clause only kicks in when the pattern says otherwise. We may also cap refunds on bulk orders to a single unopened pouch if we believe the order was placed with return in mind. Decisions on abuse are made at our sole discretion, and we'll always explain our reasoning if we refuse a return.
