• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
• During product launches, promotions, or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail and Evri.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

UK Shipping Only

At this time, RawInstinct only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Order size / weight

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered:

• We cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for resending orders.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information.
2. Contact the courier directly where possible.

• Weather conditions
• Incorrect customer information

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.
